Qualifications:

• Passionate Baseball Fan: Possess a genuine enthusiasm for the game and the Sussex County Miners.
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Interact effectively with fans, colleagues, and sponsors, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
• Team Player & Collaborative: Thrive in a dynamic environment, actively participating and contributing to a cohesive team effort.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Meticulous in completing tasks, adhering to procedures, and ensuring a smooth gameday experience.
• Adaptable & Quick Learner: Eager to learn new tasks and adjust to various gameday demands and situations.
• Basic computer literacy is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various gameday operations, including ticket scanning,  merchandise sales, and concessions.
• Interact with fans, providing information, answering questions, and creating a positive and engaging experience.
• Participate in on-field promotions and entertainment activities,  contributing to the overall fan experience.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of gameday equipment and materials.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, supporting the overall goals of the Game Day Operations team.
