Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in fundraising / marketing or business strategy.
  • Master’s degree in business administration.
  • Master’s degree in project management / economics.
  • Master’s degree in public administration, management.
  • Have University degree in public international relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Full Understanding in progressive leadership and a proven track record of revenue generation
  • Junior expertise in project management or programme management.
  • Full work experience in multinational nonprofit fundraising or commercial settings.
  • Full experience in working with United Nations system.
  • Full Understanding of digital transformation in a commercial context.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).

  • Responsible for supporting markets in transitioning to a digitally enabled fundraising model, emphasizing diversification while safeguarding existing income streams.
  • Responsible for collaborating with markets to establish a shared understanding of market performance.
  • Responsible for providing crucial support for organizational shifts towards a strategic marketing approach.
  • Responsible for analyzing market needs against global IG OKRs and scope the best tailored IG offer for joint implementation / enhancing market-level capabilities.
