Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • Master’s degree in engineering / material science / metallurgical.
  • University degree in nuclear power reactor fuel engineering / fabrication and operation.
  • Have University degree in public international relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Full experience in nuclear power /  design and development activities.
  • Full work experience in using data to advance decisions, strategies and execution.
  • Full experience in working with United Nations system.
  • Perfect Skill in managing projects would be an asset.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (Germany ,French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Full skill in coordinating and supervising the activities in the area of water reactor.
  • The ability to manage scientific projects.
  • Full skill in contributing specialised knowledge and experience to the planning / development and implementation of the IAEA’s programme on nuclear fuel development.
  • The ability fuel performance assessment with a view to addressing Member States’ specific needs.
