ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
During your project with Volunteers Centre Skopje (Macedonia), you’ll actively contribute to the creation of Voices magazine and the Voices to Hear podcast. You will be researching topics, writing articles, conducting interviews, coordinating translators, designing the magazine, managing its social media, and making podcasts, as well as organizing different events for the local youth (movie nights, quizzes, cultural nights, etc.). VCS also writes and implements multiple projects every year: local and international projects, volunteer projects, etc. You’ll be a part of the implementation of these projects! Maybe you have ideas for new activities or projects. We always have free space to brainstorm and work together on new things as well. Our multicultural team of staff and volunteers creates a strong team, which creates the perfect place for teamwork! For this project, Volunteer Centre Skopje is the hosting organization, and Solidarités Jeunesses (France) is the sending organization.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
- Young person from France between 18 and 30 years old.
- The working language on the project is English.
- Motivation to learn Macedonian is required.
- The candidate should be proactive, communicative, and motivated to take part in the project!
