Scholarship Details
Mahidol University is offering financial support to international students who are interested in pursuing MSc or Ph.D. programs at the institution. This scholarship is known as the Siriraj Foreign Graduate Scholarships, Mahidol University 2024. MSc students will receive 10,000 Baht per month, while PhD students will receive 12,000 Baht per month. The deadline for scholarship applications is January 31, 2024. The scholarship is open to all nationalities, except for Thai nationals.
Requirments
The eligibility criteria for the Siriraj Graduate Scholarship Type I requires that applicants for the Siriraj Foreign Graduate Scholarships 2024 must be first-year graduate students. MSc candidates must have a minimum entry cumulative GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00), while doctorate students must have obtained a minimum of 3.50. Applicants must have passed the English proficiency test and graduate entrance examination with satisfactory results. The scholarship provided is for a duration of one year.
For the Siriraj Graduate Scholarship Type II, candidates applying for the Siriraj Foreign Graduate Scholarships 2024 should be graduate students in their second year or further years. Candidates must have completed at least two semesters of their course with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 (for MSc students) and at least 3.50 (for doctorate students). They must also disclose the topic of their research thesis. The scholarship duration is one year for MSc students and two years for doctorate students.
Benefits
The scholarship in question provides partial funding, with MSc recipients receiving 10,000 Baht per month and PhD recipients receiving 12,000 Baht per month. This opportunity is open to all nationalities, with the exception of Thai nationals. Successful applicants of the International Research Training Program Scholarship (IRTPS) will receive up to $33,500 per annum for a maximum of 3.5 years from James Cook University.
