Clark Associates is seeking a highly motivated Financial Systems and Data Intern to join their team. The intern will play a pivotal role in the design, testing, implementation, and evaluation of financial systems and processes, ensuring accurate and reliable data sources and optimizing process efficiency.
This is a full-time paid internship for the summer of 2024, requiring interns to commute to the Lancaster, PA office.

Qualification:

- Familiarity with Power BI and relational databases is desirable.

- Develop Power BI reports, including dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and scenario analysis, for stakeholders and controllers.
- Assess the efficiency of manual and automated financial accounting work processes, systems, and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment that encourages innovation.
- Serve as a liaison between the Business Services team and handle Power BI and Access related requests.
- Gather input and feedback from relevant parties regarding reporting needs.
- Conduct evaluations of system performance and implement necessary modifications.
- Perform analysis and data validation on newly created reports.
- Fulfill ad hoc data projects and requests.
- Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to devise simplified solutions and improve overall outcomes.
