Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the internship:
- Support the Finance team throughout deployment projects, such as data migration to OneStream.
- Manage forecasting activities to improve budgetary decisions.
- Identify and analyze potential financial risks.
- Conduct financial reporting to maximize sustainable profitability.
- Streamline and develop cross-functional processes.
- Enhance and automate existing dashboards, like the margin deployment report.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of relevant new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in preparing quarterly forecasting models.
Requirements:
The following are the requirements for the internship applicants:
- Currently in the final year of a bachelor’s or master’s program specializing in Finance, Management Control, or Audit.
- Fluent in both English and French; knowledge of Japanese is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Dynamic and meticulous with a drive for innovation and problem-solving.
- Enjoyment of working in diverse, cross-cultural environments.
