Education & Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in security management/security risk management. Security and Safety certification.
- Have a university degree in political science / social sciences and international relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in security and safety certification.
Work Experiences:
- Experience in having established networks with the Host Government or other security actors from previous employment.
- Work Experience supports the Representative or Head of Office in managing staff safety and security of the Organization.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.
- Knowledge of public relations.
Languages:
- Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for advising and supporting the Representative or Head of Office in managing staff safety and security of UNHCR.
- Evaluating existing security measures to determine their appropriateness and identify areas needing improvement.
- Responsible for advising on and assisting in ensuring compliance with standards established through the Security Risk Management process.
- Responsible for assisting and developing plans for evacuation/relocation medical evacuation and other security contingencies.
