Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program and eligible for college credit.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for soccer and a passion for engaging with fans and the community.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and initiative with a strong desire to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing engaging supporter relations and fan engagement initiatives throughout the Huntsville area. This could involve:

• Pre-game activities, match-day promotions, and fan contests.
• Coordinating volunteer efforts and supporting fan clubs.
• Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Assist with lead generation and data capture efforts at all fan engagement events.
• Collaborate with other departments on various projects related to fan experience and community outreach.
• Attend team matches and represent HCFC at community events.
