Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools and mechanical troubleshooting (a plus).
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with routine maintenance tasks on mechanical systems.
• Learn about preventative maintenance procedures and contribute to their implementation.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and support repairs under guidance.
