Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism communication.
  • Have University degree in political science / social sciences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in international relations.

Work Experiences:

  • Work Experience in local institution, politics and culture.
  • Work Experience of UN-OHCHR learning programmes or specific training relevant to functions of the position.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
  • Full-Knowledge in public relations.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for assisting the management in dealing with the challenges posed by the political context.
  • Responsible for assisting in the dialogue with donors and embassies and provide accurate information by organizing regular briefings.
  • Responsible for participating when requested in the inter-agency cooperation and communication strategies.
  • Responsible for conducting eligibility and status determination for PoC in compliance with UN-OHCHR procedural standards.
  • Responsible for producing reports for donor agencies.
