Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a PhD program, entering the 4th year or later, at an accredited university, and eligible to work as a summer intern in the USA.
- Actively engaged in research related to online experimentation, sequential experimentation, adaptive experimentation, observational causal inference, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R and/or Python.
- Demonstrates a curious nature, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for solving open-ended challenges within the context of Netflix.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred skills and proficiencies:

- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with version control systems like git.
