Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Media Production, Radio/TV/Film, or a related field (prior experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong interest in event technology and production
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual equipment for events (sound systems, projectors, screens, etc.)
- Troubleshoot basic technical challenges and ensure smooth event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service to event clients and guests
- Learn and adhere to company procedures and safety protocols
- Assist with maintaining and organizing event equipment inventory
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions (as needed)
