Event Services Internship

Qualifications

• Passionate about hockey (experience attending games a plus, but not required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods and be flexible with work schedules (including evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and guest services for Nashville Predators games, concerts, and special events.
• Contribute to the coordination of logistics for on-site vendors and concessionaires.
• Provide support to event staff and guest services representatives.
• Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Participate in other duties as assigned by the Event Services Manager.
