About the Position:
As a member of the Fever Originals team, the selected individual will leverage data and insights to design exceptional events and experiences that leave a lasting impact on attendees.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the project managers in their day-to-day tasks. This presents an extraordinary opportunity to join the team during a critical phase of rapid growth and actively contribute to the creation of new and thrilling experiences.
Responsibilities:

– Event production: Anticipating logistical requirements and developing retro-plans.
– Strategic project management: Establishing budgets, determining priorities, and negotiating contracts.
– Operational management: Supervising staff, overseeing on-site production, and handling administrative tasks.
– Collaboration with internal teams: Coordinating efforts with marketing, user support, design, and media teams.

Hiring Process:
1. Candidates will engage in a 30-minute video call with one of Fever’s Talent Acquisition Managers to discuss career plans, assess cultural fit, and address any inquiries.
2. Candidates will complete a 60-minute online test covering logical reasoning, analytics, and written comprehension.
3. Candidates will participate in a 30-minute video call with their future manager to gain deeper insights into the role’s responsibilities, projects, and team dynamics.
4. Candidates will prepare a 45-minute business case presentation (to be completed in advance) and deliver it to a small panel.
