Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major) or a recent graduate (within the past year).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Passion for sports and youth development (a plus).
• Reliable internet access, computer, and phone required to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event logistics, including creating and maintaining event schedules, coordinating with vendors and participants, and managing registration processes.
• Develop and maintain communication channels with event staff, volunteers, and participants.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities for assigned events.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, such as schedules, rosters, and informational documents.
• Assist with on-site event operations as needed, including participant check-in, equipment management, and troubleshooting (may require occasional travel).
• Contribute to the overall success of events by ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all participants and staff.
