Supporting STEM Education and Sustainable Development

Summary:

The Ernest Solvay Fund provides financial support to initiatives in three key areas:

  1. STEM Education: This includes science (chemistry, physics, and earth sciences), technology, en
  2. gineering, and mathematics. Digital education is also covered.
  3. Scientific Progress: However, medical and pharmaceutical fields are not eligible.
  4. Sustainable Development: Focused on climate change, resource use, and the circular economy.

Application Requirements:

Any non-commercial organization implementing projects that promote and encourage:

  • STEM education/studies among young people
  • Engagement in scientific research and environmental initiatives
  • Scientific and technological entrepreneurship Note that scholarships or fellowships related to doctoral theses or post-doctoral research are not eligible.

Benefits:

Grants of up to €10,000 are available.

Financial support for non-commercial projects.
