2024 Environmental Health and Safety Intern – Woodland Hills CA

Summary:

Northrop Grumman is offering a summer internship opportunity for an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer/Scientist at their Mission Systems Sector location in Woodland Hills, CA. The internship is open to full-time undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a degree in industrial hygiene, public health, engineering, environmental science, occupational safety, or a related field. The selected candidate will work full-time for at least 10 weeks during the summer of 2024 and must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Requirements:

– Enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full-time in Fall 2024
– Majoring in or having majored in industrial hygiene, public health, engineering, environmental science, occupational safety, or a related field
– Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2024
– Able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required)

Qualifications:

– Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts required)
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs

Intern Pay Range:

– Bachelors: $19.75 to $36.50 per hour
– Masters: $29.00 to $46.00 per hour
