Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (minimum sophomore year) or graduate program in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organizational, planning, and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Assist experienced project managers with various aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings, track project progress, and update stakeholders on key milestones.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Support with data entry and analysis to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with developing and implementing project management templates and best practices within the EPMO.
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance project management skills and industry knowledge (as applicable).
