Engineering Internship Program

The M.C. Dean, Inc. Engineering Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals on real-world engineering projects. Interns will be exposed to a wide range of technical fields and will have the chance to contribute to projects that help shape the modern world.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering or a related technical field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript) a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with technical tasks such as calculations, data analysis, and report preparation
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas
• Gain experience in labs, on project sites, or in manufacturing facilities (depending on the internship focus)
• There may be additional responsibilities specific to the assigned internship project
