  • Entrepreneurs should possess at least two years of business experience.
  • Applicants must not be engaged in other long-term entrepreneurship programs.
  • The business should employ a minimum of five youths and show potential for expansion.
  • Eligible businesses include sole proprietorships, partnerships, companies, cooperatives, or groups.
