Join the Team and Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives

Summary:

Calling all passionate changemakers! The Nashville Predators are seeking a motivated intern to join their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team for Summer 2024. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in the sports industry while making a positive impact on Smashville culture. You’ll work alongside the Preds DEI/GUIDER Board to develop and execute initiatives that promote inclusion and celebrate diversity within the organization and fan base.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program
  • Strong passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Creative and resourceful with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with social media platforms a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and execution of Preds DEI/GUIDER Board initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and editing of the quarterly GUIDER newsletter
  • Research and support the management of DEI programs aligned with business goals
  • Assist with building and maintaining a year-round engagement calendar for DEI initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop creative assets (radio spots, social media graphics, etc.) for DEI projects
  • Track expenses and budgets related to DEI initiatives

Location:
