Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Communications, Marketing, Web Design, or a related field (sophomores or juniors preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- A working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) is a plus
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus
- Interest in art, history, and/or gardens (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Assist with creating engaging social media content (posts, stories, etc.)
- Contribute to the development and management of Hillwood’s website content
- Research and write online content about the museum’s collections, exhibitions, and gardens
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (may vary by internship)
- Help with digital analytics and reporting (may vary by internship)
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices
