Passionate and enthusiastic students who have a natural curiosity for the day-to-day operations and projects of high-end luxury brands in the jewelry, timepiece, fashion, and accessories industries are warmly welcomed as interns at Richemont. This internship provides a unique opportunity to fully immerse oneself in the organization and culture of Richemont, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse range of activities at Richemont and its Maisons. Interns will work closely with dedicated teams, actively contributing to the execution of brand or functional strategies and participating in initiatives or projects related to sales, culture, analytics, and service.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively translate user stories and business requirements into workflows, mobile apps, and applications that deliver measurable business value, all while adhering to UX best practices.
- Additionally, interns will play a key role in the design and development of user-friendly workflows, online forms, mobile apps, and SharePoint sites, utilizing O365 applications such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Flow Automate, and other third-party tools.
- Responsibilities will also include assessing project requirements in collaboration with no-code/low-code development tools, identifying the most suitable platform for each use case.
- Promoting UX design best practices.
- Conducting usability research activities.
- Managing and tracking multiple projects and action items for cross-functional project teams, creating user documentation and training materials for new applications.
- Facilitating sessions to capture and prioritize business requirements and KPIs.
- Furthermore, interns will contribute to strategies aimed at promoting the adoption and usage of O365 personal productivity tools, such as flow automate, Teams, Forms, and SharePoint, throughout the organization to enhance self-service capabilities for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Interns should currently be enrolled in an accredited university/college program.
- Possess a genuine passion for usability and optimizing the user experience.
- Familiarity with UX best practices.
- Design principles, and concepts is essential.
- Previous exposure to UX methodologies, tools, and deliverables, including but not limited to Information Architecture, Wireframes, Site maps, Figma, Card Sorting, user interviews, and “Thinking out loud” research, will be highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is a prerequisite.
- Experience with O365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Automate Flow will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, UIPath tools, APIs, and RPAs is also considered a plus.
