Education & Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s telecommunications, engineering, computer science.
- Master’s degree in law, economics, public policy or related field with a preferred 8 years of experience .
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT Digital Economy policy.
- Experience in Digital Economy project design and implementation.
Work Experiences:
- Work Experience in Digital Economy project design and implementation.
- Work Experience in IT Business Administration, Inventory, and Supply Management.
- Experience in in ICT Digital Economy policy.
- Experience in business development skills and client engagement.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.
- Knowledge of public relations.
Languages:
- Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for contributing to the design, preparation and supervision of World Bank Group financed digital development related investment and policy reform programs.
- Responsible for providing basic technical support to the ERP System.
- Responsible for Advising clients on strategies, best practices and design of programs to develop digital government.
- Responsible for providing basic online and on-site assistance to problems related to the use of IT Equipment.
- Responsible for providing technical expertise and advice on a range of policy and regulatory issues to promote competition
