Diet and Health Innovation: Early Stage Feasibility Projects Grant

Summary:

This grant program, funded by BBSRC and Innovate UK, supports collaborative projects in the early stages of developing innovative food products with a positive impact on diet and health. Projects must involve at least one of the Diet and Health Open Innovation Research Club (OIRC) hubs, which provide expertise and resources in specific areas like healthy aging, gut health, and personalized nutrition.

Eligibility:

  • Collaboration only: This competition requires partnerships between eligible organizations.
  • Lead applicant:
    • UK-registered business of any size
    • OR

  • Partners: Must be members of the same Diet and Health OIRC hub as the lead applicant.
