Design & Content Coordinator Volunteer
Onsite Design & Content Coordinator Volunteer with UNDP at Pakistan
Summary:
This opportunity is open for Pakistanis or legal residents in Pakistan who are aged between 18 to 80. It will be for 12 months with possibility of extension and the volunteer is expected to start at 12/08/2024.
Volunteer’s tasks may include but not limited to the following:
- Create and design various materials for print, electronic and digital media to enhance the Project’s visibility and impact.
- Designing artwork, books/covers, brochures, logos, magazine, signs, stickers, shirts, and other branding and communication materials in alignment with UNDP’s visibility and communications guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Project’s admin and logistics officer in the placement of orders for merchandise items, publications, and/or other key deliverables, and liaise with vendors for the timely delivery of the items
- Design for front end of website and dashboards
- Creating a wide range of graphics, layouts templates and websites graphic designs.
- Design project templates for high-quality presentations, and to disseminate amongst the Project’s stakeholders
- Prioritize and manage multiple design specifications, including designing key project documents
- Develop and design impactful visuals for social media Posts, and manage the Project’s social media accounts by timely posting and monitoring the Project’s social media activity/traction.
- Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues, as necessary.
- Prepare animations, infographics, and other informative videos.
- Editing and creating videos sequences, transition and essential graphics expertise.
Location:
The assignment will be at Islamabad, Pakistan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in visual arts, graphic designing and/or in related field from recognized institute.
- 3 years of experience in Business management or related field.
- Working knowledge in English is required.
