Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data
- Programming proficiency in languages like Python or R (familiarity with SQL a plus)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist data scientists with data cleaning, preparation, and analysis
- Work on projects to develop machine learning models for various purposes (e.g., patient risk prediction, resource allocation, readmission prevention)
- Visualize data insights through clear and informative dashboards and reports
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve data-driven decision-making at VNS Health
