Education & Qualifications Requirements:
- Advanced university degree (Masters) in social sciences, international relations, public administration, communications, journalism, and related fields.
Work Experiences:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Donor Reporting, Data Analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation, Journalism, Communications, or other relevant field.
- Additional experience in the following areas will be considered an asset:
- Legal frameworks and/or judicial systems related to child protection and violence prevention also specific to gender-based violence (GBV), as well as data protection, privacy and cyber-security.
- Public policy and legislation formulation, implementation, and/or evaluation.
- Social Services and Child Protection (online and/or other forms of violence), including prevention, education system and caregiver’s engagement, and/or victim support.
- Data science, new and emerging technology, and/or cybersecurity.
- Technology industry or other private sector experience
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
- Full-Knowledge in public relations.
Languages:
- Excellent command in English (both oral and written) is required.
- Fluency in any other UN official language is highly desirable and preferred.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Responsible for maintaining and updating CSI structure, records, and knowledge portal, including developing, adjusting or retiring CSIs to reflect corporate changes to the Strategic Planning.
- Responsible for developing testing and maintaining CSI and systemic change computations using data from the CSI module.
- Responsible for developing and delivering user training and support during all CSI phases: planning, monitoring, reporting, quality review, and assurance.
- Responsible for engaging with internal and external partners, including DfAs.
- Responsible for providing analytical inputs, as requested, into the UNICEF Global Effectiveness Review and similar review processes.
