Qualifications
- Rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably Business, Marketing, Customer Operations or related area of study
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Success Operations team with data entry, analysis, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in exploring the potential of AI implementation to enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate and organized customer records.
- Provide support to internal teams (Customer Success, Customer Experience, Quality) as needed.
- Participate in professional development opportunities offered by ISACA.
