Responsibilities:

        • Provide courteous, efficient, and accurate resolutions to customers, aiming to promote customer loyalty and increase sales.
        • Actively listen to customers, analyze their issues, conduct investigations, and offer strategic solutions.
        • Ensure customers are consistently provided with the most up-to-date and comprehensive information regarding their order statuses.
        • Share any product or service-related concerns with the Customer Solutions department and other relevant departments.
        • Foster a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all communications, both internal and external.
        • Embrace flexibility and adaptability in response to the company’s ongoing growth.
        • Display initiative and employ strategic thinking to position The Restaurant Store as a leader in the online foodservice industry.
        • Acquire knowledge about the foodservice industry and familiarize oneself with the products available for sale.
        • Utilize email and chat platforms (possibly phone as well) to effectively communicate with customers regarding their order status and product availability.
        • Assist customers in navigating the website, offering online shopping support and product guidance.
        • Collaborate with the Customer Service Sales Team to establish and nurture customer relationships with the objective of driving sales.
