Summary
Support the King County Housing Authority’s mission of providing safe and affordable housing by joining their Customer Service Support Internship program! Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or vocational program (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and a secondary language.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Assist with processing rent payments and applications.
- Maintain accurate records and document interactions effectively
- Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- May participate in community outreach events or resident programs.
