The Customer Experience Intern will be fully immersed in the organization and culture of Richemont. They will actively participate in a wide range of activities within Richemont and its Maisons, assisting their dedicated team in executing brand or functional strategies and contributing to initiatives and projects related to sales, culture, analytics, and service.

The internship provides an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge of the luxury goods industry, paving the way for future career development. The intern will receive mentorship from a subject matter expert and leader who will guide and support their learning experience. The internship is a paid position with a salary range of $20 – $25 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Intern include:

  • Conducting research to identify unique targeted gifting campaign options for top customers.
  • Collaborating with internal boutiques to develop strategies for boutique events that drive conversion and retention, and providing support during their execution.
  • Organizing and facilitating in-person meetings between CRC ambassadors and top customers.
  • Evaluating the watchmaking class program, suggesting improvements, and developing related assets.
  • Undertaking a long-term project: Creating a customer journey framework based on Richemont SWM ‘Personas’ study, assessing the Personas, and creating tailored experience playbooks for each category.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application.
  • Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is driven to excel and empower others to succeed.
  • Energetic and eager to contribute to various projects and initiatives.
  • Available to work full-time throughout the Summer Internship Program.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; international students must possess a current work visa, as Richemont North America does not provide sponsorship for summer internships.
  • Must be available to participate in the entirety of the internship program from June 3rd to August 9th.
  • Students are responsible for arranging their own housing and travel arrangements.
