CRM Intern at Valleyfair

Valleyfair is seeking a passionate CRM Intern to join their team and help engage and activate guests for an exciting summer season! In this role, you’ll play a key part in crafting targeted email and text message campaigns designed to encourage park visits. You’ll gain valuable experience in digital marketing strategies and contribute to the success of Valleyfair’s guest outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in marketing and communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented and a team player

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing Valleyfair’s Text Message program content
• Craft engaging email and text message copy for marketing campaigns
• Participate in the design and execution of digital campaigns within the CRM platform
• Work collaboratively with the CRM Email Marketing and Season Pass Loyalty Managers
