Education & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business administration and economics.
  • Full Understanding of Finance / Accounting.
  • Have Commitment to the World Bank Group and IFC’s mission, and strategy.

Work Experiences:

  • Experience in leading agriculture and multi-sectoral analytical products.
  • Work Experience in methods of policy monitoring and evaluation.
  • Experience in thinking strategically / prioritizing effectively / setting direction, mobilizing resources, and deploying them flexibly, supporting teamwork.
  • Perfect Presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGO missions and goals.
  • Knowledge of public relations.

Languages:

  • Fluency in the English language is Required (both oral and written).

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Responsible for assisting the Country Manager in overseeing IFC activities in the country and the smooth running of the office.
  • Responsible for working with the Country Manager to oversee the implementation of IFC’s strategy in the country including preparation of business plan updates.
  • Responsible for leading in the sharing of best practices, trends, knowledge, and lessons learned across units and with clients and partners.
  • Responsible for preparing written reports for investigation teams on support recommendations.
  • Responsible for gathering inputs, assessing risk, considering impact, and articulating benefits of decisions for internal and external stakeholders.
