Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in philanthropy and community development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to research, analyze data, and write clear and concise reports.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching and identifying potential charitable partners aligned with Jackson’s giving priorities
• Organize and support volunteer activities for company associates
• Contribute to the development and communication of the company’s philanthropic programs
• Assist with grant application processes and manage grant data
• Track and report on the impact of charitable giving initiatives
