Education & Qualifications Requirements:
Education:
- A University degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Human rights, Partnership Management.
Work Experiences:
- Experience in Procurement in UNICEF.
- Prefect skills in computer applications including SAP/VISION.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and advocate consensus.
- Full-Understanding in contracting process for goods and services.
- Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
- Full-Knowledge in public health.
Languages:
- Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
- Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.
Key Responsibilities Career:
- Driving the cross functional project team for the execution of the majority of identified and in-process SAP/VISION improvements.
- Contracting Centre in the Vision Coordination Group meetings.
- Coordinating with different Centres / Divisions / Country offices for gathering the required information.
- Organizing and conducting user Acceptance Testing of relevant new functionalities.
- Reviewing the need for a business case for transaction level monitoring to enable real-time Compliance reviews.
