Education & Qualifications Requirements:

Education:

  • A University degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Human rights, Partnership Management.

Work Experiences:

  • Experience in Procurement in UNICEF.
  • Prefect skills in computer applications including SAP/VISION.
  • Ability to conceptualize ideas and advocate consensus.
  • Full-Understanding in contracting process for goods and services.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Full-Knowledge of understanding of NGOs missions and goals.
  • Full-Knowledge in public health.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English language is Required (both oral and written).
  • Have a Knowledge of another official UN language is desirable (French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities Career:

  • Driving the cross functional project team for the execution of the majority of identified and in-process SAP/VISION improvements.
  • Contracting Centre in the Vision Coordination Group meetings.
  • Coordinating with different Centres / Divisions / Country offices for gathering the required information.
  • Organizing and conducting user Acceptance Testing of relevant new functionalities.
  • Reviewing the need for a business case for transaction level monitoring to enable real-time Compliance reviews.
