IOM National Consultant to develop e-learning modules

International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a National Consultant to design and develop e-learning modules tailored to meet organizational and stakeholder requirements. The consultant will play a key role in transforming learning materials into interactive, engaging, and accessible e-learning courses. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with expertise in instructional design, digital education, and technology-enhanced learning to contribute to capacity-building initiatives and skill development.

Key Responsibilities as National Consultant:

    • Conduct thorough consultations with IOM stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
    • Review existing materials to determine their suitability for e-learning conversion.
    • Design interactive e-learning modules using multimedia tools and e-learning software.
    • Create course content that includes animations, videos, quizzes, and assessments.
    • Ensure compatibility with IOM’s Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Optimize content for accessibility and usability across devices. 

Qualifications and Skills as National Consultant:

  • Advanced degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Multimedia Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing e-learning modules or online training programs.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Moodle, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of migration issues or previous experience with international organizations is a plus.
