Key Responsibilities as National Consultant:

- Conduct thorough consultations with IOM stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.

- Design interactive e-learning modules using multimedia tools and e-learning software.
- Create course content that includes animations, videos, quizzes, and assessments.
- Ensure compatibility with IOM’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Optimize content for accessibility and usability across devices.
Qualifications and Skills as National Consultant:
- Advanced degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Multimedia Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing e-learning modules or online training programs.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Moodle, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of migration issues or previous experience with international organizations is a plus.
