Location:

The project is based in St. Mary Parish, located on the northeast coast of Jamaica. You’ll be working with local organizations within this beautiful region.

Fees:

• The program starts at a budget-friendly rate of $525 for a one-week experience.
• This fee is all-inclusive, covering airport pickup upon arrival in Montego Bay, orientation, accommodation (often dormitory-style volunteer housing), meals (breakfast is common), and 24/7 in-country support throughout your stay.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior business experience is not required, but a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others are essential.
• Depending on your placement, you may be asked to assist with tasks like social media marketing, writing grant proposals, or improving operational efficiency. Some basic business knowledge or interest can be helpful.
• Basic English communication skills are necessary. While additional language skills are not required, some knowledge of Jamaican Patois can be beneficial for cultural immersion and potentially even communication within the local organizations.
