Make a Difference in Marginalized Communities
Summary:
Become a childcare volunteer in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and contribute to improving the lives of children and teens from marginalized communities. By joining the International Volunteer HQ’s Childcare project, you will work in a local soup kitchen, providing meals and creating a safe and nurturing environment for up to 45 children per day. Through your dedication and support, you will help keep these children off the streets, develop important life skills, and expose them to the English language. With programs starting every Monday, affordable fees, and comprehensive support, this volunteering opportunity allows you to make a positive impact while gaining valuable experience in childcare and cooking.

Fees:
- Affordable fees starting from $445 for 1 week.
- Fees include accommodation, breakfast, airport pick up, orientation, and 24/7 support.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older (families are also welcome).
- Fluent in English.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and comfort in a kitchen.
- Experience or qualifications in early childhood education (advantageous but not required).
- Basic Spanish language skills (advantageous but not required).
Responsibilities:
- Help a local soup kitchen with preparing and serving meals.
- Play games and socialize with children from marginalized communities.
- Provide exposure to casual English speaking.
- Organize activities, arts and crafts, and engage in conversations with children and teens.
