Be ready with the requirements

When checking for scholarships, carefully read the requirements which usually include English proficiency, grades, age limit, and other criteria.

Prepare all your Document

You should always be ready by preparing your documents such as University or school certificates, your English test exam score certificate, your CV, your motivation or personal statement, your research plan if you are applying for a master’s or Ph.D., recommendation letters from your schoolteacher or University instructor any supporting certificates that could assist you to gain the scholarship.

Be smart in writing your personal or motivational statement

Once you write your personal or motivational statement you should focus on keywords that are related to the scholarship and show your strength and experiences. In your letter, you should also focus on what makes you unique to be selected for the scholarship. You also need to highlight your achievements related to the scholarship.

For scholarships that require you to prepare your research plan, you need to go to the scholarship and university page and read about the research they focused on and you may choose any topic related to that that fits you and your experience.
