Qualifications

- Excellent laboratory skills and experience with chemical analysis equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist engineers with research and development projects related to chemical processes and products
- Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze data to support process optimization and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in safety briefings and adhere to all safety protocols
- Attend meetings and present findings to a team of engineers
