The CCRIF (Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility) Scholarship Programme aims to support students pursuing a Master’s or MBA program in pre-identified areas related to disaster risk management. These scholarships are available at several accredited universities in the Caribbean.

Sponsor: The CCRIF (Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility) sponsors these scholarships.
Eligible Countries: Scholarship recipients must be citizens of CARICOM member or associate member countries and/or CCRIF member countries in the Caribbean. Note that the CCRIF Scholarship Programme is not available to CCRIF member countries in Central America.

Selection Criteria: Scholarship applications will be assessed based on academic merit and the quality of the applicant’s entrepreneurial ideas. Applicants must submit an 800-word essay outlining their entrepreneurial vision and explaining their financial need.
Deadline: The application deadline for the CCRIF Scholarships in 2024 is June 1, 2024.
