Responsibilities

• Develop and manage internal communication channels, ensuring clear and consistent messaging reaches all employees at your assigned Intel site.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engaging employee events that promote teamwork, company culture, and employee engagement.
• Support the creation and distribution of internal communication materials, such as newsletters, social media content, and presentations.
• Conduct research and collect data to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and employee event participation.
• Gain exposure to strategic communication planning and understand its role within a large organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments to ensure successful communication initiatives.
