Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Construction Management).
• Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in the AEC industry (a plus).
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software (e.g., Revit) is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of architectural and/or engineering design principles (depending on your major).
• Strong AutoCAD skills are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities (Specific duties may vary)

• Assist project teams with various tasks related to building development, including:
  • Preparing architectural and/or engineering drawings (depending on your major).
  • Creating and formatting project specifications.
  • Assisting with project documentation and file management.
• Gain exposure to different phases of the design process, potentially including:

  • Construction document preparation.
  • Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
• Participate in site visits and learn about the construction process (potential).
