Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (any major) or recent graduate (within the past year).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A desire to learn about business continuity planning and risk management (a plus).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining and updating MSUFCU’s business continuity plans and procedures.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support continuous improvement of the program.
  • Participate in risk assessments and identify potential threats to business operations.
  • Assist with developing and implementing training programs on business continuity procedures.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in business continuity planning.
  • Support departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
