Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (a focus in business ethics, law, or a related field is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of ethical principles and best practices in business conduct.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively.
  • A passion for ethical conduct and a commitment to Chemonics’ high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with research and analysis of compliance-related topics and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs on business ethics and compliance.
  • Support the OBC team in responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with monitoring and analyzing data related to compliance activities (as assigned).
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of business conduct, such as anti-corruption, fraud prevention, and responsible sourcing.
  • Participate in other duties as assigned by the OBC Internship Supervisor.
