Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (a focus in business ethics, law, or a related field is a plus).
- Strong understanding of ethical principles and best practices in business conduct.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively.
- A passion for ethical conduct and a commitment to Chemonics’ high standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with research and analysis of compliance-related topics and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs on business ethics and compliance.
- Support the OBC team in responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with monitoring and analyzing data related to compliance activities (as assigned).
- Gain exposure to various aspects of business conduct, such as anti-corruption, fraud prevention, and responsible sourcing.
- Participate in other duties as assigned by the OBC Internship Supervisor.
