Qualifications:
- Passionate Baseball Fan: Possess a genuine love for the game and understanding of baseball rules and strategies.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in operating computers, video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.), and basic knowledge of live broadcasting systems.
- Creative Vision: Have an eye for design and storytelling, able to create engaging graphics and transitions.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with workflow and deadlines, ensuring smooth and professional presentations.
- Effective Communicator: Collaborate effectively with the broadcasting team, players, and coaches.
- Adaptable & Quick Learner: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, readily learning new software and adjusting to gameday situations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all gameday video equipment, including cameras, switchers, and audio mixers.
- Create and integrate graphics, overlays, and highlights throughout the broadcast.
- Operate cameras and direct cameramen to capture dynamic shots and key moments.
- Edit and produce pre-game and post-game content, including player interviews and highlights.
- Manage live streaming of games to ESPN+ and other online platforms.
- Assist with other broadcasting tasks as assigned.
