Qualification:

- Prior experience in retail and/or supply chain management is desirable.
- A high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
- Fluency in English at a professional level is necessary for this position.
Skill Qualification:
- Proficient in using MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise manner for easy understanding.
- Demonstrates effective time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
- The intern is expected to stand and/or walk for extended periods, typically up to 9 hours per day.
- Effective communication using speech, vision, and hearing is essential.
- Regular use of hands for basic grasping and intricate manipulations is required.
- Routine tasks involve bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- The ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, with loads up to 50lbs, is necessary.

- Engage in business-to-business sales and customer service, focusing on nurturing and cultivating relationships with our customer base.
- Follow and execute the established TRS process, which includes building brand awareness, assessing customer needs, exceeding expectations, and fostering customer loyalty.
- Carry out basic cashier duties and assist customers in loading purchased products into their vehicles.
- Maintain general store upkeep by performing cleaning and merchandising tasks, restocking shelves, and organizing incoming stock.
- Analyze inventory information to determine product availability and reorder requirements.
- Promote our private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit.
- Educate potential customers on our competitive advantages, including our exceptional personnel, cutting-edge technology, and competitive pricing.
- Possess and continuously update knowledge of our website, and educate customers on how to make the most of our “Brick and Click” business model.
