BMGA Fellows Program applications for 2024 are now being accepted. A social impact program called the BMGA Fellows Program aims to reduce the gender skills gap that exists among university graduates in Asia and Africa. Through this virtual program of experiential learning, women can acquire the necessary knowledge and resources to enhance their employability and boost their marketability for a prosperous career in the twenty-first century.
The program’s goal is to provide academically driven seniors in college and recent graduates with the exceptional chance to participate in a transformative learning experience that will be crucial to their future growth on both a personal and professional level.
Through this curriculum, learners can learn vital skills like creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, effective communication, emotional intelligence, and teamwork, among others.
Leading international universities that regularly offer a transformative experience through executive coaching, mentorship, and the most recent learning materials support the BMGA Fellows Program.
The BMGA Fellows Program runs through a period of six months.

How to Apply:
Step 01: Call for Application
BMGA Foundation would release a call for applications from eligible women who are nationals of countries within Africa and Asia.
Step 02: Assessment
Applicants would go through an assessment process which will be conducted by a combination of internal and external reviewers.
Step 03: Acceptance
Selected applicants will be notified of their special invitation to join the next multi-cultural cohort.
Step 04: Onboarding
Participants who accept this invitation firmly will engage in a week-long onboarding process that will successfully jumpstart their program experience.
